Raise the Minimum Wage in PA

When a significant number of jobs in Pennsylvania don't pay enough for our neighbors to afford the basics – things like food, car repairs and eyeglasses – the local economy slows down.

It's time for legislators in Harrisburg to recognize that an increase in the minimum wage to $15.00 per hour would boost the wages of 2.3 million workers, or 40% of the state’s resident workforce. 

We must make sure families can make ends meet, and raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour is the best thing for those families and our economy.
